For some of them, the more dangerous the disaster is, the more they want to take a trip to go be in its vicinity. If things go bad, the rescue team at the area normally have to come and save them, which is a waste of time and money for them.
And then there is over-landing; adventurous take long journeys in an overland, the trip may last for a week or months. Over-landing companies often gives their tourists a truck or bus to travel with together with a tour guide because the tourists usually travel in groups. The most common destinations for this type of tourism are Africa, Asia and Europe.
The last to be discussed is ecotourism; it involves travelling to areas which are focused with sustainability of the environment and well-being of the citizens. The travellers will take part in activities which promote awareness and education about sustainability.
